Bell 360 Invictus (2019) – Reconnaissance and Attack Helicopter – 3D Printable ModelThis 3D model recreates the Bell 360 Invictus, a helicopter developed by Bell Textron for the U.S. Army's FARA (Future Attack Reconnaissance Aircraft) program. FARA was launched to restore the armed reconnaissance capabilities lost after the retirement of the OH-58D Kiowa Warrior, aiming to field a fast, agile, and highly capable aircraft for modern battlefield operations. The Bell 360 Invictus was officially unveiled in October 2019, featuring a futuristic design with a narrow fuselage, auxiliary wings for improved high-speed performance, and an integrated fenestron tail rotor. The aircraft was designed to carry advanced sensors, internal and external weapon systems, and next-generation mission equipment while maintaining a compact and efficient airframe.Although the FARA program was canceled by the U.S. Army in 2024 before any competitor entered service, the Bell 360 Invictus remains one of the most advanced and visually distinctive military helicopter concepts developed for the next generation of armed reconnaissance missions. This model has been carefully designed for FDM 3D printing and is divided into multiple parts to simplify printing, assembly, and finishing. A custom display stand is also included to showcase the completed aircraft.Features: • Inspired by the Bell 360 Invictus unveiled in 2019 • Participant in the U.S. Army FARA program • Multi-part design for easier printing • Custom display stand included • Optimized for FDM printing • Excellent for painting and detailing • Perfect for military aviation enthusiasts and collectors • STL files ready for printing
