New Orelans RTA 1979 GMC RTS Bus 3D Printable Kit

The model is provided as 9 separate parts, allowing for easy printing, assembly, and customization. Each part has been designed with dedicated connection points so the model can be assembled without complicated modifications or additional hardware.

The model includes the following parts:

• Bus Body
• Bus Floor
• Axle
• Rear Wheel
• Front Tire
• Left Mirror
• Right Mirror
• Left Wiper
• Right Wiper

The main body and floor are designed to fit together directly, while the smaller components feature dedicated mounting points. The mirrors and windshield wipers can be attached directly to their corresponding locations on the bus body.

The wheels are designed to be assembled onto the axle while remaining rotatable, adding an extra level of functionality to the finished model.

The model is designed with straightforward assembly in mind. The Axle should be installed into the Bus Floor first, followed by attaching the wheels to the axle.

The Bus Body can then be connected to the Bus Floor using the provided connection points. For a stronger and more permanent assembly, a suitable adhesive can be used.

The Left and Right Mirrors, as well as the Left and Right Wipers, can be installed directly into their designated mounting points. Reference images are provided on the model page to help identify the correct orientation and placement of these parts.

The model is supplied as separate components to make printing and post-processing easier. Separating the model into individual parts can also help reduce the need for extensive support structures and allows each component to be oriented independently for better print quality.

Depending on your printer and chosen material, you may need to adjust print settings such as layer height, infill, wall thickness, supports, and print orientation.

For the best results, use your preferred slicer settings based on your printer and filament/resin.

The separate-part design makes the model suitable for customization. You can experiment with different colors for the body, wheels, mirrors, and other components to create your own unique version.

The model can be painted after printing as well, making it suitable for display pieces, miniature collections, dioramas, and other creative projects.

All components are designed to fit into their corresponding connection points. While the parts are designed for direct assembly, adhesive can be used where additional strength is desired.
