Jimny 4x4 - Print-in-Place Edition (No-Support)

This high-detail Suzuki Jimny model features a fully functional Print-in-Place axle system, allowing the wheels to rotate freely immediately after printing.

  • Print-in-Place (All-in-One): The model is printed as a single piece, including the body and wheels. No assembly, glue, or extra parts are required. It’s ready to roll right off the heat bed.
  • 0.5mm Precision Clearance: A calibrated 0.5mm gap is maintained between the wheel mechanism and the axle system. This specific clearance prevents parts from fusing together on FDM printers, ensuring smooth and fluid rotation.
  • Error-Free Geometry (Manifold): The model is 100% manifold and optimized for 3D printing. It is free of internal face errors or non-manifold issues, ensuring a seamless experience in slicers like Cura, Bambu Studio, or PrusaSlicer.
  • Support-Free Design: Thanks to smart overhang optimization, this model requires absolutely no support structures. Save your filament and time—just print and play!
  • Side-Print Optimization: The design is engineered to be printed on its side. This orientation significantly improves surface finish quality and maximizes the structural integrity of the moving axles against snapping.
