Would this work using a 0.4 mm nozzle? If not, would you suggest scaling the model by 200% to get it to print out cleanly enough?

Sorry I've never tried to print it with resin, but it should be possible because it's thicker

How can I go about 3d printing this? What software can I use to do this, and how can I 3d print it? looks awesome btw

I used Cura to slice it, and the material is PLA.

You're welcome, some of them you have to print. Maybe except for file 20 which is in map #6, it's only used to prevent the plane from tipping backwards due to the heavy tail.
