The Zipple Laser Howitzer is a modern incarnation of an ancient artillery concept. Whilst not a true howitzer in the historical sense of it being a ballistic projectile-firing direct/indirect gun, the Zipple is nonetheless an extreme long-range weapon system well-suited to the role of targeting hostile entities the moment they crest the horizon, or enter into direct line of sight.

Named after the famous weapon smith, Aethelbert Zipple, whose pioneering design work in the mid-2600’s enabled a technological breakthrough for the production of larger-scale integrated lasers, the Zipple field gun is a dependable heavy weapon system that has stood the test of time.
