Based on the Ceramic Sword depicted in the Anime classic, Nausicaa and the Valley of the Wind, this 3d print model captures all of its core detail at a realistic scale. The default scale puts the fully assembled sword at about 270mm in length. The sword has been provided assembled and in easy to print pieces. Most should print without supports, if printed on the flatest end on the print bed. This model includes the sheath, which may also be 3d printed in pieces.The sheath has be crafted to comfortably house the sword, with support for the addition of a strap or loopl to secure the blade to the sheath. Some sort of glue or resin may be used to secure printed parts together.

Print the following parts to create one sword. Parts should print well on FDM and Resin type printers, relative to settings, calibration, and orientation.

Blade Bolt 01 and 02

• Once printed, sandwich the blade between the 'Blade Brace' plates, with bolt holes aligned.
• Insert into the blade grip and secure with glue.
• Thread and secure blade bolt 01 and 02 through the holes in the braces and blade.-Insert and glue a gem to each side of the rectangular recess of the blade grip base.
