Vintage Two Story Industrial Building

A compact vintage two-story industrial building designed for dioramas and model-railway layouts. Scale-optimized for HO (1:87) use, it includes a loading dock, rooftop chimney, parapet details and simple exterior features that print cleanly at small scales. The model's removable roof and low-poly interior allow easy access for painting and scene customization. Recommended for PLA/ABS printing with light supports under significant overhangs; 0.1–0.2 mm layer height for best detail

Base scale 1:87 (HO). The STL is dimensioned at 1:87 — scale it up or down in your slicer to print at any scale you need.

We use ai to paint our models for display. All other renderings and original model are done in 3dsMax 2025 and represent close to 10 years of 3d model work.

All Stls are done to a target size of 50 to 100mb to make them manageable for the average users computer. This results in a a mesh density of 33 faces per mm
