Pig Priests are malformed swine birthed from the Sow of a Hundred Mouths. Their minds are hollowed by Hellfly infestation, their bodies swollen with filth. Dressed in stained vestments, these creatures lurch forward as mindless puppets of ritual, parodies of sacred processions. The flicker of their torchlight draws yet more flies to nest in their rotting flesh, ensuring the next wave of corruption is never far behind.

This variant carries a young Hellfly tucked safely away in an infested meat sack.
