It stars Demián Bichir, Taissa Farmiga, Jonas Bloquet, and Bonnie Aarons, reprising the role of Valak / The Nun.3 The film was released on September 7, 2018, by Warner Bros. Pictures4 and received strong reviews from the public, with praise for the performances and the atmosphere created, but not for its narrative. The film became a box office success; raising more than $ 360 million dollars, against a budget of $ 22 million and thus becoming the highest-grossing of the saga.
