Nice model, but there are a few corrupt STL files in the zip file. The model cannot be completed. BOTH ARMS AND HEAD WITH HAIR STL'S ARE CORRUPT. Yes, we tried every solution, including re-downloading and using multiple extraction apps. We recommend that you do NOT purchase this model until the maker fixes the corrupt files and uploads a new zip file. I have sent messages and a support ticket, but I have received no responses so far. Was I scammed, or will this be fixed as soon as possible?
