DIGITAL 3D MODEL LICENSE AGREEMENT
This License Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Santanu Das (“Licensor”) and the individual or entity purchasing or accessing the digital 3D files (“Licensee”).
By purchasing, downloading, or using the digital files, the Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
The Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the purchased digital 3D files solely for personal or commercial 3D printing of physical objects, subject to the restrictions outlined below.
The Licensee shall not resell, share, distribute, sublicense, or otherwise make available the original or modified digital files in any form.
This prohibition includes, but is not limited to, the following file formats:.FBX, .OBJ, .STL, .ZBR, .ZPR, .ZTOOL, .3DS, .BLEND, .MB, .MA, .3DM, .GLTF, .GLB, or any other 3D or digital model file formats.
The resale, redistribution, or public sharing of any raw or derived digital model files—whether free or paid—is strictly forbidden.
The Licensee may sell physical 3D-printed showpieces, including multiple units, created from the licensed digital files.
Only finished, physical objects may be sold.No digital components, files, or data may be included with any sale.
Sharing, posting, or publishing images, renders, or previews of the digital content without the official Santanu Das watermark and clear identification constitutes a breach of this Agreement and a violation of applicable copyright laws.
All digital files, designs, and intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Santanu Das.
This Agreement does not transfer ownership of any copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights to the Licensee.
Unauthorized use, distribution, or reproduction is protected and enforceable under, but not limited to:
The Copyright Act, 1957 (India)
Section 107 of the U.S. Copyright Act of 1976
United Kingdom Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988
Violations may result in legal action, including claims for damages and injunctive relief.
This license is automatically terminated if the Licensee breaches any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, all use of the digital files must immediately cease.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
By purchasing, downloading, or using the digital files, the Licensee acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms of this Agreement.
