My take on Lion-o from Thundercats. Sword should be either printed about 5% smaller or be prepaired to file down the bulbous end of the hilt. 11 piece version is sized at 300mm, bouding box is included for scale. Sm version (Lion-o is one piece, the sword is scaled as well as a bounding box) is scaled to 140mm if I remember correctly, for the Elegoo Mars with lid on, for ease of use. I still shrank it a bit when I did my small test print. Large test print results included here after airbrushing (for the first time in over 25 years).

Printing Tip: Print the sword about 4% smaller than the rest of the model for an easy time to add/remove sword from hand. I used a resin with some bounce and had to sand ever so little off the pummel. ty!
