Koopa Kid is a character originated from the Mario Party franchise. Although forgotten by some, Koopa Kid has a cult following from those who grew up with the N64 and Gamecube Mario Party Games. Recommended hight dimension is 40 mm, however a height dimension upward of 50 mm also works.
