Komatsu Pc1800 Excavator

Highly detailed, 3D-printable model of the Komatsu PC1800 mining excavator. The file set is prepared for scale modeling and diorama use: major components (house, boom, arm, bucket, undercarriage and track links) are split into printable sub-assemblies to simplify orientation and support placement. Ideal for hobbyists and modelers building mining or construction scenes. Recommended for FDM and resin printing. Use supports on overhangs for the boom and arm; consider printing the tracks and small details in resin for best definition. Compatible with common modeling scales (HO, N, O, 1:64, 1:87, 1:48, 1:24) — scale and positioning adjustments may be required for perfect fit. Includes printable mounting points for easy gluing and optional pin joints for poseable articulation

Base scale 1:87 (HO). The STL is dimensioned at 1:87 — scale it up or down in your slicer to print at any scale you need.

We use ai to paint our models for display. All other renderings and original model are done in 3dsMax 2025 and represent close to 10 years of 3d model work.

All Stls are done to a target size of 50 to 100mb to make them manageable for the average users computer. This results in a a mesh density of 33 faces per mm
