Hey I opened it in Cura a bunch of layers are missing around the heads, sword and hair.

download 3D builder and import the stl to that and it will immediately give say it has errors that need to be fixed and ask if you want to fix them now. once it is repaired save it and open the newly saved version in cura and it will be all fixed.
