City Police Officer with Raised Baton
A city patrolman caught at the top of a swing, baton raised overhead in one hand and the other arm thrown out for balance. The wide-legged stance and twisted torso give the figure real momentum from any viewing angle. He wears the classic navy uniform of a 1980s municipal force: peaked cap with cap badge, short-sleeved shirt with gold breast shield, shoulder patches and collar pins, and a loaded leather duty belt with holstered sidearm, cuff case and pouches. Built for confrontation scenes rather than quiet street dressing. Use him in a riot or disturbance vignette, a chase across a modern city diorama, or as an urban law enforcement model on a contemporary skirmish board
