Can you repair the base in the full version?

Overall, impressive model, but I'm attempting to print this using Simplify3D, I've printed part of it, and discovered a major problem. The base is apparently two pieces placed together. This has created a cavity inside with a "suspended" piece in the middle that I can't place a support under. Therefore the extruder just dumps filament into the opening, and the base doesn't continue to layer properly. Can you edit the model to merge the base pieces and remove the inner cavity? I also see quite a few missing polygons in the model, though Simplify3D seems to correct the issue when preparing to print. Address these issues, and it will be an awesome model for a 3D print!
