1890s Lumberjack with Peavey
High-detail 1890s lumberjack miniature posed with a peavey tool — ideal for dioramas, model railroads and historical displays. This file is supplied as a high-resolution STL optimized for both resin and FDM printing. The figure prints as a single piece; depending on scale and printer, minimal supports are recommended under the peavey and beneath the arms. Clean up with gentle filing and primer before painting. Recommended print settings: 0.05–0.15 mm layers for resin, 0.1–0.2 mm for FDM. Orient the figure upright to preserve facial and clothing detail. Scale freely to match your scene; the model works well in HO, N, O, and common tabletop scales. After printing, remove supports carefully, sand joints if needed, then prime and paint to finish.
Base scale 1:87 (HO). The STL is dimensioned at 1:87 — scale it up or down in your slicer to print at any scale you need.
All Stls are done to a target size of 50 to 100mb to make them manageable for the average users computer. This results in a a mesh density of 33 faces per mm
We use ai to paint our models for display. All other renderings and original model are done in 3dsMax 2025 and represent close to 10 years of 3d model work.
