For whatever reason I cannot get access to the files I paid for!!! Every time I hit download files it downloads a shortcut to the literal page I was just on. No stl files, no zipperfiles, nothing. I feel like I need some help where I'm just very confused with this experience, otherwise I want a refund.

maybe your antivirus not let rar files this problem definely with your computer all files fine everyone printing this model
