been trying to get a format for the rings for over a two years and still have not gotten it, do not recommend. im not sure if its a scam yet but it sure does feel like it. at this point i would just like my money back because my computer will not download the bulk order i paid for, poor customer service, poor all around, TEN THUMBS DOWN... ps i see you erase my last review i will keep posting until i get what is owed to me
