Shank Style: A clean, high-polished cathedral shank with arching shoulders that seamlessly anchor into the base of the heart-shaped frame assembly.

Manufacturing & CAD Specifications

File Geometry: Formatted with clean, professional topology (as seen in the layered shade view) ensuring smooth surfaces free of non-manifold errors.

Pre-Cut Melee Seats: Micro-bead channels and prong layouts are pre-modeled directly into the frame perimeter, significantly reducing layout time for the stone setter.

3D Printing & Casting Ready: Wall thicknesses beneath the accent plates are carefully balanced to facilitate easy resin/wax extraction and complete metal fluid flow during casting.

Production Material Compatibility: Structurally optimized for successful high-mirror polishing in all standard jewelry alloys, including 14k/18k White, Yellow, or Rose Gold, and Platinum.
