This 3D model features a deeply symbolic Orthodox medallion pendant depicting the Virgin Mary of the Seven Sorrows (Mater Dolorosa). The composition is created in a traditional iconographic relief style, expressing both spiritual depth and refined craftsmanship.

At the center, the Virgin Mary is shown in a sorrowful and contemplative pose, with seven swords piercing her heart, symbolizing the Seven Sorrows she endured.
