*Jesus Christ and Seven Swords Virgin Mary Orthodox Cross Pendant *

Highly detailed Orthodox Christian cross pendant featuring Jesus Christ Pantocrator and the Seven Swords Icon of the Virgin Mary, also known as the Mother of God Softener of Evil Hearts.

The front side presents Jesus Christ in a majestic full-length high-relief composition, holding an open Gospel book with the Alpha and Omega symbols while raising His right hand in blessing. The traditional inscription IC XC and the words NIKA, meaning Jesus Christ Conquers, emphasize the spiritual significance of the design.

Smaller relief portraits of the Virgin Mary and Saint John the Baptist are positioned on either side of Christ, forming a traditional Deesis-inspired composition.The reverse side features the Virgin Mary with seven swords piercing her heart, symbolizing sorrow, compassion, and the suffering of the Mother of God. Two additional saintly figures appear on either side, enriching the religious symbolism and sculptural complexity of the pendant.
