DesignThis pendant is built around a bold geometric concept: a round brilliant-cut center stone is cradled by eight delicate bead prongs at the heart of a radiating spoke motif, which in turn is framed by a nested pair of faceted octagonal and hexagonal wire outlines. The layered, web-like architecture gives the piece an open, airy silhouette while still reading as a strong, symmetrical statement pendant. A sculpted, high-polish bail with an integrated jump ring completes the design, allowing it to hang cleanly on a chain of choice. The design balances contemporary, architectural lines with the classic sparkle of a prong-set solitaire, making it equally suited to everyday wear and gifting occasions such as engagements, anniversaries, or birthdays.
3D ModelingThe file was engineered in a professional jewelry CAD environment with fully accurate, manufacture-ready geometry. The center stone is set as a standard 5.00 x 5.00 mm round brilliant (approximately 0.47 ct total weight), with construction lines and prong placement built around real gemstone dimensions for a precise, secure setting. Overall pendant dimensions are approximately 11.5 mm in total height (5.0 mm stone-frame width, 5.0 mm bail height) and roughly 8.0 mm width by 1.25 mm thickness, as shown in the reference technical drawing. The model is clean, watertight, and separated into logical components (frame, prong setting, and bail) so it can be edited, rescaled, or combined with other elements without breaking the mesh. Native files are provided along with universally compatible export formats (.3dm, .obj, .stl, and others) so the design can be opened in Rhino, Matrix, 3ds Max, ZBrush, Blender, and most other 3D or CAD software used in the jewelry industry.
ManufacturingThis design is fully prepared for real-world production, whether through direct 3D printing (resin/wax) for lost-wax casting or through CNC milling workflows. The geometry has been checked for wall thickness, prong strength, and printability, and the file includes a metal-weight reference table calculated across common alloys — including 9K, 10K, 14K, and 18K white gold, sterling silver, and rose gold — so manufacturers and sellers can quickly estimate material cost before production. The pendant can be cast in gold, silver, platinum, or other precious and base metals, and the center stone setting is sized to accommodate a natural diamond, lab-grown diamond, moissanite, or cubic zirconia of matching dimensions. The open framework and rounded bail have been designed to minimize casting stress points, supporting a smooth transition from digital file to finished, wearable jewelry.
Paragraph 4 – SalesThis file is ideal for jewelry designers, manufacturers, 3D printing studios, and online jewelry retailers looking to expand their catalog with a distinctive, ready-to-produce pendant design. Because it is supplied in multiple industry-standard formats, it can be purchased and used across a wide range of software and production pipelines without additional conversion work. It suits print-on-demand jewelry businesses, custom jewelry studios, and CAD designers seeking a base model to customize with different metal finishes, stone sizes, or gemstone types. Buyers receive a complete, print-tested package that significantly reduces design-to-production time, making it a practical, resale-friendly asset for any jewelry-focused 3D marketplace.
