As a heads up. This is a dense model. With the base having over 900k verts. The reason is for the larger millimeter size of the model and the texture work. Doesn't change how the model can be used but might take a second or two longer to import.

The model measures about 75mm wide x 77mm wide. he buckle also have a curved surface making the thickness vary from 2.5mm to 3mm thick. The last image is a detailed screen shot of various measurements for the model.

If you’d like to add to or change the layout of the pattern this can easily be done as all parts in the stl file are separate and can easily be moved around.

Within the download folder the base, bar, and prong are all in individual files allowing the buckle to either be sprued for prints or tool-pathed for milling.
