A complete diamond-cut cuban (curb) chain, modelled as real interlocking parts, ready to cast or print in one piece with nothing to link up. Each link is an oval twisted a quarter turn and pressed flat, then diamond-cut with flat top and bottom faces and bevelled edges, so it catches the light like a milled chain. Both ends finish in a jump ring, and one ring carries a lobster clasp.
Two widths: 5 mm (8.5 × 5.0 mm links, 1.1 mm wire) as 18, 20 and 22 cm bracelets and a 50 cm necklace, and 8 mm (12.5 × 8.0 mm links, 1.8 mm wire) as 20 and 22 cm bracelets. Lengths are measured end to end, clasp included.
Every part is a separate watertight body that is verified to hook its neighbour (Gauss linking number 1) without touching it. Minimum clearances are 0.35 mm between links (0.31 mm on the 8 mm), 0.81 mm or more at the jump rings and clasp, and 0.25 mm around the gate. The diamond cut keeps at least 80% of the wire's cross-section. The clasp is a cast body plus a separate gate lever; fit a standard lobster spring and hinge pin. Metal: 6.8–8.3 g in 14k for the 5 mm bracelets, 18.9 g for the necklace, 20–22 g for the 8 mm bracelets.
Units: mm. Formats: STL, OBJ, 3MF, GLB (metres). The GLB comes with baked PBR textures (base colour, roughness/metallic and normal maps, 1024 px), so it works as a textured model in renders and game engines.
