This expansive professional library is designed for high-end jewelry manufacturers and 3D designers seeking a comprehensive set of wristwear assets. The collection offers a strategic mix of 45+ bangles and 25+ bracelets, covering everything from delicate lightweight daily wear to elaborate, stone-heavy bridal masterpieces.
Key Features:
Bangle Collection (45+ Models): Provided in both 3DM and STL formats. These designs feature a wide range of widths and styles, including floral motifs, geometric patterns, and classic eternity settings.
Bracelet Collection (25+ Models): Provided as 3DM source files to give you complete control over the technical aspects. These models focus on complex link structures, tennis styles, and designer charms.
Format Versatility: The 3DM files preserve all original curves and surfaces, allowing you to easily adjust stone sizes, prong heights, or overall dimensions in Rhino or Matrix.
Production Excellence: Each model has been engineered with proper wall thickness and metal density to ensure durability and successful casting in precious metals.
Manufacturing InstructionsTo achieve the best results from this collection, please follow these detailed production guidelines:
CAD Preparation: Use the 3DM files for any necessary modifications. For bracelets, ensure the pin-joint holes are scaled correctly for your intended metal wire size after accounting for shrinkage.
3D Printing: * For the 45+ Bangles, use the high-resolution STL files.
For the 25+ Bracelets, generate your own STL mesh from the 3DM files after verifying link tolerances.
Use a high-quality castable resin (like PowerResin or EnvisionTEC EC3000) and print at a 25-30 micron layer height for crisp stone seats.
Investment Casting: * These models are optimized for the Lost-Wax casting process.
For the intricate bracelet links, use vacuum-assisted casting to prevent air bubbles and ensure the metal reaches every fine detail.
Recommended for 14k/18k Gold, Platinum, or 925 Silver.
Stone Setting: * Stone collets and prongs are pre-modeled based on standard gemstone calibrations.
If casting in metals with high shrinkage rates (like Rose Gold), we recommend a slight manual adjustment of the prong thickness in the 3DM file before printing.
Assembly & Post-Processing: * For bracelets, use high-strength metal pins for assembly. Laser welding is recommended for securing pins to ensure a seamless, professional finish.
Finish with magnetic tumbling for the recessed areas, followed by a multi-stage hand polishing to achieve a high-mirror shine.
