Everything is lovely and beautiful looking. But if i can't actually use the unlocking pins then it kind of defeats the point. file when printed doesn't have a separation on the unlocking tab, so when printed the tongue on the lock is one piece so the unlock function.
Edit: changed the orientation a few times and got parts to print great.

While the design looks nice , it is actually not a locking mechanism. there is no latch for the clasp to bite into to actually "lock" the two pieces. Also the two parts are not in fact flush with each other and if you did manage to cast this into metal would have to do a lot of sanding to make the two pieces fit each other. DO NOT BUY THIS unless you are technically savy with Rhino 3d and can alter the design to work. This is not good as is.
