INTRODUCTION

Create more consistently shaped cuff bracelets with this Bangle Bending Jig, a 3D printable forming tool for jewellery makers, crafters and bracelet makers. Its dual-size design includes a 15 mm adult bending channel and a 12 mm child bending channel.

The bracelet is positioned in the appropriate channel and secured at the starting position using the integrated thumb screw. A strong 100 mm handle then provides leverage and control while forming, giving makers a dedicated tool for shaping adult or child cuff bracelets.

You will need a bolt for this tool an M4 x 30mm Nylon Thumb screw is ideal or similar steel bolt will also work. Simply tap the hole to an M4 thread - for best results drill the hole to exactly 3.5mm .
