Saturn Lamp, one of the Planet Lamp series. There is no paint. Thanks to its 3D modeled reliefs, when a light bulb turned on inside, it gives the silhouette of the Saturn. A nice decoration and night lamp in my opinion :) Perfect for astronomy and astrology lovers.
--Dimensions--
Saturn sphere has 20cm x 20cm x 19.3cm sizes (x-y-z)With rings, the diameter reaches almost 40cmThe platform has 17cm x 17cm x 7cm sizes
--Assembling--
For rings, there is 2 elements. One is rings and other one is the platform that holds the rings. You don't need any glue there. The pieces are tight and if you assemble them (maybe with help of a little hammer). It'll be done. You'll need a LED bulb and and a E27 Bulb Socket. Put the bulb socket at the middle of the platform. close the bottom of the platform with the lid to keep socket stable, put the light bulb and put the planet on the platform. You don't need any glue
--Recommended Printing Options--
I recommend using beige or bone color filaments while printing the Saturn and the rings.Make infill 100% and wall count 3.Use lower layer heights like 0.12mm or lower. I'll make print time longer but it's crucial to prevent warping and print failures.Prefer lower print speeds.Use tree support (optional)Use BrimsWith these options, it'll cost around 250gr material and 1 and half a day to print. Same amount for rings for less print time.
