Sprouted seeds have real nutritional advantages, especially vitamins and minerals. Pleasant to eat, they bring a fresh and crunchy touch to your salads, raw vegetables, fish...

Pour a tablespoon of seeds into your jar (Mason jar, Bonne Maman jam jar or other compatible jars).

Fill your jar with water, close it with your Sproot module and soak the seeds overnight.

The next morning, spill your jar over your sink to empty the water. Put your sprouter up to drain the seeds.

Twice a day, morning and evening, rinse your seeds with clear water. To do this, fill the jar with water under the tap of cold water, stir the jar well to untangle the seeds and then empty the water into your sink.

After rinsing, rest your sprouter upside down.

Repeat steps 4 and 5 for as many days as the germination time indicated on the seed packets.
