This is simple tools to make your work simple. You can slice whole banana by single shoot. The size of the individual slice will be 22mm. You can 3d print it. 3d printable stl file attached. 3d editable STEP file format also attached. You can print it with metalic filament also.

Aproximate size of the tools is 663mm(length)X133mm(width)X26mm(height)(by bounding square box). Maximum width will be 90mm, here 133mm due to banana curve.
