3D printing settingsSettings and Manufacturing Instructions3D Resin Printing
Recommended printer: MSLA / LCD / DLP resin 3D printer
Recommended resin: Standard, ABS-like or tough resin

For the best results, use a 0.05 mm layer height for the small mechanical and sci-fi details.
After printing:
Remove the model carefully from the build plate.Wash the print according to the resin manufacturer's instructions.Remove supports carefully.Allow the model to dry completely.Cure according to the resin manufacturer's recommended curing time.Sand or clean support marks if necessary.
Important: Exposure times vary depending on the printer, resin, screen type and resin temperature. Perform an exposure calibration test before printing a large batch.
FDM / Filament 3D Printing
Recommended printer: FDM / FFF 3D printer
Recommended filament: PLA, PLA+, PETG or ABS
Recommended settingsNozzle: 0.4 mmLayer Height: 0.12–0.20 mmFirst Layer Height: 0.20 mmWall Count: 3–4 wallsTop Layers: 4–6Bottom Layers: 4–6Infill: 10–20%Printing Speed: 40–60 mm/sNozzle Temperature: Follow the filament manufacturer's recommendationBed Temperature: Follow the filament manufacturer's recommendationSupports: Enable where required by the slicerSupport Overhang Angle: Approximately 45°Build Plate Adhesion: Brim recommended when additional adhesion is necessaryFDM quality recommendation
For better reproduction of the staircase's small details, use:
0.12 mm layer height + 0.4 mm nozzle + 3–4 walls
For an even more detailed result, a 0.25–0.3 mm nozzle can be used, although printing will take longer.
Scaling
The STL can be scaled in the slicer according to the desired final size.
Original approximate dimensions:
X: 20.1 mmY: 30.6 mmZ: 24.0 mm
When increasing the model size, the small details become easier to print, especially with FDM.
For FDM printing at the original size, some details may be too small depending on the printer's nozzle diameter and extrusion settings.
Recommended Manufacturing Method
