Mickey and Minnie Letter Blocks 3D print model

Have fun writing your name or perhaps a special message for someone.

And you know what? Mickey and Minnie will join you for the ride.

I will include STL files for all letters, numbers and a few special characters and symbols.

All files are individual pieces that you can just glue together.

Note: Just a friendly reminder, but these files are not colored. The cover image is just a concept for the final design.

Mickey's dimensions are the following (mm):

Height- 192

Width- 154

Depth- 194

Minnie's dimensions are the following (mm):

Height- 205

Width- 155

Depth- 204

Each block has the following dimensions (mm):

Height- 44

Width- 44

Depth- 44

Sculpting software used: Blender

Render method used for the previews: Cycles

Filament: PLA

Slicer used to 3D print: Ultimaker Cura

Settings I've used to 3D print:

Standard quality - 0.2mm

Infill - 20%

Supports - You will need supports for both Mickey and Minnie. For example, for both of them you should use supports on the nose, ears and gloves. But For Minnie, supports for the skirt is also advised.

Speed - 50% first 20 layers and 100% for the rest

Plate Adhesion - Skirt

Cooling - Enabled

Travel - Retraction Enabled
