HOW TO ASSEMBLE
Follow these simple step-by-step instructions to assemble and mount the shelf:

1. Platform Connection: Join multiple 20 cm main platforms together using the center dovetail locking keys if extending shelf length.
2. Side Cap Installation: Insert side caps into the outer edges (oriented upwards for a border rim or inverted for a flush top surface).
3. Clamp Attachment: Slide the 10 cm clamp legs into the bottom dovetail tracks.
4. Mounting: Place the shelf over the bed headboard and push the clamp legs until the ratchet tabs lock firmly in place.
5. Accessories: Snap optional hanging hooks onto the side dovetail slots as needed.

RECOMMENDED PRINT SETTINGS
For optimal print quality, structural durability, and functional performance, use the following slicer settings:

• Material: PETG recommended for optimal clamp leg flexibility and strength (PLA suitable for light use).
• Layer Height: 0.2 mm (recommended for precise dovetail fit and ratchet tooth engagement).
• Infill: 20% for main shelf platforms; 30%+ for clamp legs and connecting keys.
• Wall Loops: 5-6 wall loops (increased perimeters ensure maximum durability and clamping tension strength).
• Supports: Required ONLY for the main shelf platforms near the dovetail slots/joints (all other components print without supports).

USAGE & TIPS
Here are key instructions and operational tips for optimal performance:

• PETG is strongly recommended for clamp legs to ensure long-term spring elasticity in the ratchet tabs.
• Apply support structures strictly to the dovetail joint areas of the main platforms for clean overhang generation.
• Due to print bridge and support behavior, initial assembly fit may feel snug. Assemble carefully on the first try.
