NASAL shower

NASAL shower 3D print model

Description

This nasal douche does not need a stand to be manufactured.

Washing the nose helps to maintain good health. It removes impurities accumulated throughout the day (pollution, air conditioning, etc...).

Many people use nasal douche to relieve a cold, flu or allergic reactions.

It is possible to reduce the frequency of colds and their duration, this has been established through medical studies.

The nose is washed with a physiological solution (salt water) at body temperature.

It is important to respect exactly this dilution so a dosette is provided.

But it is also possible to weigh the salt, 9 g of salt for one litre of water.

I suggest you use bottled water instead.

Use :

Apply the nozzle of the showerhead against the nostril. Press lightly to prevent leakage. Be careful not to block the opening by pressing it against the nasal septum.

Breathe normally through your mouth and lean slightly forward so that your head is over a sink.

Do not move your chin forward, tuck it towards your chest instead, otherwise water will drain down your throat.

Look down and turn your head slightly to the side. The water will flow naturally through one nostril and drain out the other by gravity.

Repeat the operation for the other nostril and blow your nose if you feel the need to blow your nose. in order to evacuate the impurities well.

This container contains 15 cl of water.

it is advisable to use a food grade material.
