This is an adjustable plug (stopper) for bathroom sinks. Rotate the top one way, and it closes to form a plug that allows water to collect in the sink. Rotate the top the other way to open holes to allow water to drain. Also included in the package is a simple plug and a simple strainer that allows water to drain but filers out larger objects like hair.
