Excellent 3d print, been after something like this for a while Highly pleased with it

This file will not load for me at all using the Creality Slicer that I prefer. In Cura it will load but even though my machine settings are set at the correct size for my bed (300x300x340) it won't let me print at anything near that size. Instead the only way to get it to slice is to Scale it down to 60%, way smaller than I want and what my bed can accommodate. I asked for a refund and received nothing. All support was not helpful and did not address all of my concerns. Apparently once this seller gets your money you are on your own and service after the sale does not exist. Very disappointed. I would suggest caution before buying this model or anything from this seller. Even cgtrader themselves did not seem to care or understand the entirety of the problem as they only addressed part of my trouble and ignored the rest. So maybe you should just avoid the site altogether as I will. Hope my little $19 was worth it.
