Model consists of parts: body, bottom left damper shell, bottom left damper, bottom right damper shell, bottom right damper, left grid, left top insert, nipple 1,2, nozzle 1,2, nozzle disk insert 1-4, nozzle hub 1-4, nozzle hub insert 1-4, nozzle spacer 1,2, nozzle sphere 1,2, nozzle tube 1,2, right grid, right top insert, ring 1,2, side cap 1,2, side tube 1,2, top cap, top insert 1,2, top left damper shell, top left damper, top right damper shell, top right damper, top tube.

During assembling use guiding metal rods with diameter 5 mm.

Also I've attached STL files of the Top tube with 13 slots, just in case:)
