Professional cable management solution designed by a mechanical engineer for standard 2020 Aluminum Extrusions (20x20mm Sigma Profiles).

This set includes 3 distinct models optimized for FDM 3D printing without supports. All models feature chamfered entry points for easy cable insertion and filleted edges to reduce stress concentrations and protect wire insulation.

FILES INCLUDED (STL):

  1. Model A - Twist-Lock Anchor (Heavy Duty)

    • Usage: Inserts into the slot and locks with a 90-degree twist.
    • Designed for: Securing heavy cable bundles using standard zip-ties.
  2. Model B - Snap-In Clip (Single)

    • Usage: Quick push-fit design for fast installation.
    • Designed for: Single thick cables, PTFE tubes, or frequently moved wires.
    • Features: 0.5mm chamfered opening for smooth insertion.
  3. Model C - Dual Organizer (Binocular)

    • Usage: Holds two separate cable paths side-by-side.
    • Designed for: Separating power and signal lines to minimize interference.

  • Compatibility: Standard 2020 T-Slot / V-Slot Extrusions (6mm slot).
  • Cable Size: Optimized for 5mm - 8mm cables.
  • Material Recommendation: PETG or ABS/ASA (for best flexibility and snap-fit strength).

  • Supports: NO supports required.
