This model was specifically developed for upgrading popular Chinese bait boats such as D19, V020 and similar models, but it can also be used for fully custom DIY builds with alternative electronics and propulsion systems.

The hull geometry is optimized for stability, durability, and practical internal layout.

Recommended Printing Materials

For water use, the following materials are recommended:

PETG-GF (Glass Fiber Reinforced PETG) – best balance of strength and water resistance

ASA – UV and weather resistant

ABS – durable and strong

PLA is not recommended for long-term water exposure.

Printing Requirements

STL files are prepared for print beds 250mm and larger

Optimized part orientation

Recommended layer height: 0.2–0.28 mm

Infill: 20–40% depending on load requirements

3–4 perimeter walls minimum

For maximum waterproofing, additional seam sealing is recommended.
