C20xe Powercap RIGHT PIPE 80 mm NO fitting 3D print model

This is POWERCAP for the standard Opel / Vauxhall C20XE Inlet Manifold. Adding this part will result in more sensitive throttle and increased power. Inlet pipe diameter is 80 mm. Recommended ABS (or Nylon-Carbon) printing, mechanical and chemical post-processing.

Warning! Inlet pipe only on the right side! Not the standard direction of an inlet branch pipe. This part has been successfully used on a car prepared for road racing with a c20xe engine for more than two years.

I recommend after printing to align the irregularities of the plane under the throttle gasket. Use 240 grit sandpaper, then 500 or 1600 grit on glass and with added water.
