DESCRIPTION

Trigger guard with mechanical hard stop.

I designed the trigger guard to have an adjustable hard stop for use with hair trigger setups on airsoft platforms such as AR-15, M16, M4, HK416, Etc.

The guard is designed to use a M3-0.5 square nut and M3-0.5mm x 12mm cone point set screw (links below) as the mechanical stop. The set screw can be adjusted while assembled to the rifle making it easy to find the minimum trigger pull needed to cycle the gun.

The roll pin and spring loaded detent can be used from the original trigger guard (needed to tap threads in my printed guard for the set screw holding in the spring). While I can confirm that the guard works with Elite Force / VFC M27 and HK416 rifles, the design should work with little to no modification for other airsoft guns.
