These are the specifications I used to print it:

• Tested on a Prusa MK3s.
• 0.4mm Nozzle diameter.
• 0.3mm Layer height.
• PLA.
• No supports.
• Code numbers siding the heatbed.
• Print 3x of the 1-1 model.

Instructions for use

1. Select the center you want to use.
2. You can sand the contact surfaces. (Not fully necessary)
3. Lubricate the molds. (Tested with cooking oil and worked perfectly)
4. Fit all the parts together.
5. You may use office clamps to get them tight.
6. Pour the concrete up to the top.
7. Shake lightly the mold (soft knocks on the table) so you get no air bubbles.
8. Remove excess.
9. Be patient! It takes around 24hs to get safe-dry.
10. Unmold. First you take off the lateral parts and then the center one.
11. Now you can sand the surface a little to get rid of any imperfection.
12. You're done!

Now you should wash your molds, don't let too much concrete stick onto your pieces if you don't want to struggle on the next one.
