This is a 3d model of a naca air scoop for cars - aircraft- experimental vehicle...It has a cout out on surface exterior of 200 mm x 80 mmIt' is composed of two piece for easy of printing and for adaptable solution changing the neck (right ,left, different size of the duct: 1/2- 2).the just fix toghether with interlocking pins.The best material to print is ABS, but maybe petg or other filament resisting to high temperature could suite to your prefences and easy of print.
