A quick model of a low poly heart for vacuum forming to create chocolate mold.

Size is about 45 x 38 x 13 mm but it can easily be scaled up or down. I printed it at 90% to have the biggest size be 40 mm, at 0.1mm layer height and 8% infill. Print time: 46 mins. Any material will do.
