DESCRIPTION

Designed to fit Razors Impact model shells. These will also likely fit other earlier models (Cream, Superflat, Cult, etc.) as these are all variations of the original Impact shell.Based on a size 8 shell, which can print comfortably on a 300mm print bed. I haven't done the maths on resizing but eventually I will list the percentages to scale for each size on here. The Harleys HG soul plate has been modeled against a high definition 3d scan of the original Razors Impact boot shell. Due to the high accuracy and tight fit, the plate only requires frame bolts in order to keep it well secured around the entire boot shell, with minimal energy loss compared to many conventional hardboot designs.Successfully printed and tested using eSun ePA Nylon Filament. These work great and are quite cost effective considering 1kg can print 2 to 3 pairs of plates!Experiment with infill to reduce weight and test durability. 40% seems sufficient on the test model, although further testing is required to confirm this as well as many other details. It is advised to use heavy wall thickness and many bottom layers, but it's up to you how tough you want them - go for 100% infill & max layers if you want! Please feel free to contact me if you would like to purchase these plates already printed.

Enjoy!
