Create Garsa Fwip-inspired Twilek costume accessories with the GFHeadband.zip STL package. Designed by Odie’s Prop Shop for cosplay projects.

INCLUDED DESIGNS: Headband with detailed and plain variants, ear-cone components, and lower-earring designs. Extract the archive and review the supplied variants before choosing the pieces for your costume.

SIZING: The original headband was designed around a 22-inch head circumference. Adjust scale for your own head, lekku, and costume. The headband design is 5 mm thick, with the recessed area offset by 2.25 mm. Test the fit before committing to a full print.

PRINTING: Suitable for FDM or resin workflows. For FDM, a 0.4 mm nozzle or smaller and a 0.12 mm layer height provide a starting point for detail. Choose orientation, supports, and support clearances for your own printer and material. Prepare resin supports in your slicer as needed.

ASSEMBLY AND FINISHING: Select the detailed version for the modeled look or the plain version for your own decoration. Remove supports carefully and sand, prime, and paint as desired. Printing materials, paint, adhesive, costume pieces, and jewelry findings are not included.
