Points of attention:

This file is an indirect part of the figure and should be sized accordingly. The sample figure uses joint parts output by CHITUBOX at 160% scale. The 3D printer used in the sample is ELEGOO Mars 2 Pro.

For original figures, please use boolean operations to hollow out the connection part with the body.

Smaller figures are not recommended as they are more difficult to assemble due to clearance and durability during 3D printing. The sample is quite small at 13 cm in height, and parts are used with fine adjustments.

The trick is not to cut the part, but to expand the hole for entry.
