Personally I would 3d print the model with ABS, 0.1mm layer height and 30-40% infill.

Supports are not crucial but recommended.

Total length of the Sword according to the movies is 134cm.

But you can print it in whatever size you are comfortable with.

For ease of use it is recommended that the files get printed the way they are oriented already.

The file names are descriptive themselves so for example blade01.stl is the first part of the blade and blade08.stl is the tip of the blade and so on...

*Note: I highly recommend to polish the parts with acetone either before or after assembling. You can search YouTube for videos on how to acetone polish ABS parts.
